When Modern Climate was asked to improve the usability of Geek Squad’s consumer site, each and every component of the user experience was assessed. The end result was a complete overhaul that made a mindful separation of promotion and utility-oriented content. As part of the redesign, we also updated the brand’s photography and voice to better showcase Geek Squad’s friendly yet irreverent tone.
